Dunbar High School Debate Invitational

They are hosting a “full” debate event… [Event Invitation/Details] & [Invite (PDF)].
Date: Saturday, November 18, 2023
Time (Eastern): Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Location (Lexington, KY): An in-person event at the University of Kentucky.
Events: “Public Forum Debate” event for high school students (middle school will face high school competitors).
Divisions: Experienced and inexperienced will be divided accordingly (based on the number of entries).
Topic (NSDA): The United States federal government should forgive all federal student loan debt. [Research].
Prizes: They will offer prizes for the top performances.
Cost: ??? per person.
Important: We will need some parent volunteers to act as judges.
