Crossfire Champion Process… A two-minute crossfire debate!
If nobody volunteers to be captain, or if more than two people volunteer, then they are to be chosen at random… pls roll a die!

Coin Toss… The captain who wins the toss gets to choose either…
first pick among available partners or the first pick of the side.

Partners are Picked… The captains both choose a partner.

Sides are Picked… The captains choose their side.

Crossfire Begins… The team that didn’t choose the side speaks first.

Judges Give Feedback… Please keep it brief, yet meaningful (speak to the entire group if possible; not individual feedback – to save time).

TOOLS: [DICE] or [COIN], & [TIMER].

Rating the Speakers… Each speaker is awarded “speaker points” indicating how well they spoke and how well they debated.

Please… do not allow ties! (Try using “.5” as a tiebreaker).
1. 29.5 to 30.0 = outstanding, nearly perfect!
2. 28.5 to 29.0 = excellent
3. 27.5 to 28.0 = above average
4. 26.0 to 27.0 = average
5. Please do not give anyone a “below average” score. tyvm!

Please be kind and encouraging when giving feedback.
